Hemp Shower Curtain

Natural shower curtains, well, no, they’re not water-PROOF. But unless you’re pointing your shower head directly at it full blast, that probably isn’t a problem. Water is wicked down the fibers of the curtain into the tub. Cleaning? Take it down every once in a while and throw it in the washing machine! Mold resistant and lasts for years.

• Machine Wash Warm, Hang Dry, Non-Chlorine Bleach When Necessary.
• Another important step to help protect from mildew is to s-p-r-e-a-d out the shower curtain when wet.
• Wash at least once a month.
• Should mildew appear, soaking in a 50-75% solution of white vinegar overnight or rubbing a paste of baking soda and lemon juice or grapefruit seed extract should suffice.
• Please note: This shower curtain is not waterproof. It works as a wick, channeling water through itself and into the tub. If using a decorative outside curtain, it is best to use two separate rods to inhibit mold growth.
