Terms & Condition/ Shipping/ Privacy Policy Shipping And Handling Eco-Wise delivers within the USA and also ships products internationally. Wherever possible all outgoing parcels are packed using materials recycled inhouse, reducing the waste we generate and our resource consumption. We use UPS and FedEx, and do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We prefer not to use the US Postal Service because of limited resources and the increased time (read: cost) of waiting in line at a capitol city post office. For international orders we use UPS, or at our discretion USPS. Eco-Wise reserves the right to choose the method of shipping that is most efficient for the purpose, but we will do our best to meet your needs and expedite those special packages. In order to encourage more efficient and sustainable shipping and processing, we have instated a small order handling fee of $2 for orders under $20. Making A Purchase Eco-Wise aims to deliver goods of only the highest quality. Due to the diversity of goods that we carry, difficulties of quantity in stock occasionally arise. Every effort is made to display only items that are in stock or which can be dispatched to you quickly or direct from the manufacturer. When placing a large order of multiple items of diverse nature, there is an increased chance that your order may be affected. If Eco-Wise is unable to meet our usual delivery times due to certain items being unavailable, we will advise you in a timely manner with the opportunity to order an alternative, have the products sent as soon as they become available, or to cancel the order. We make every effort to ensure the prices are accurate, however changes beyond our control do occasionally occur. If this happens we will contact you before shipping your order to gain your agreement to the revised price or to amend or cancel the order.
Orders are accepted at the sole discretion of Eco-Wise and are subject to your credit or account card being authorized for the transaction. All transactions are conducted through a secure web server. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover via a secure web server.

Every effort is taken to ensure that the information contained in this web site is correct and up to date. Shipping Abroad Eco-Wise pricing and shipping does not include local duties and/or V.A.T.s for products shipped outside of the U.S. It is the responsibility of the end user to pay local duties and V.A.T.s, so please consider this when placing your order for an item to be shipped abroad.
Delivery Schedule We aim to ship within one week of receiving an order. All orders are normally dispatched within 10 days; if there is likely to be a further delay we will inform you as soon as possible.
NOTE: Orders usually process within 5-7 business days. We prefer local products for purposes of sustainability, but we also carry a number of high quality and even handmade goods from all over the world. Delivery may occasionally take up to 2-4 weeks, depending on product availability. Damaged Packages In the event you receive a damaged package, with few exceptions you must notify Eco-Wise within 48 hours of delivery. This is necessary for us to pursue recourse with the courier service. Please retain original packaging, or refuse package when delivery is attempted if package is obviously damaged. We will do our best to replace your purchase immediately, but this is heavily dependent upon determining responsibility of damage prior to recourse. If damage is not obvious or package was accepted anyway, please contact Eco-Wise and ask for the Shipping Dept, at 512-326-4474, with detailed information pertaining to appearance of damage, packaging, and interaction with the delivering courier. We will work with you and the courier service to remedy the situation and satisfy the customer as soon as possible. Credit Card Security Your credit/debit card details are entered on a secure web server using an encrypted protocol. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We DO NOT accept American Express. Privacy Eco-Wise is committed to protecting your privacy and does not share, sell or rent its mailing list or e-mail database to anyone, period! We only use your e-mail to occasionally notify you of seasonal specials or to notify you that a shipment has been sent. AND DON'T FORGET!
